Hello all! Today I am bringing back an old style of blog post I haven't done in over a year. If you've been following my blog since the start, you may remember my blog pretty much started out with most of my posts being outfit inspiration collages I had created and they were so popular back in the day!
Anyway, just this last week, Sporting Hares kindly featured me as a blog to follow and they threw it all the way back to March 2018 for one of my outfit colleges which featured their Beauchamp Blazer and Fenston Sunglasses. Now as lovely as this was, I was actually so disheartened that amongst all these other bloggers with their lovely photos of them in their SH gear my feature was one of my stupid old outfit collages I didn't even do anymore.
However, once I pulled myself together over this disappointment feeling like I was back in 2018 and my blog was only just starting out, I decided to turn this situation into a positive. These days, all you see is flatlays of clothing people already own and outfit collages seem to have long gone since those days I was producing them. So with this in mind, I decided to put up a poll on my Instagram story and see what the interest would be if I was to bring back my collages, to my surprise and I'm sure you've guessed from the title of this blog post, it was a big, fat, YES.
So here we are, getting really nostalgic for an old outfit inspo post!
I wasn't sure how I wanted to go about this as it had been so long since I'd created a post like this so I thought, to tie in with my current blog/Instagram vibe, I would do 4 outfit collages recreating my top 4 liked photos on Instagram. Looking back at my feed of 2018 it's crazy how much has changed and I really haven't given myself enough credit for both the growth my blog has gone through and what I've gone through as a person.
