On Wednesday 18th March 2026, I gave birth to my first baby. He was 4 days late via natural delivery. Throughout my whole pregnancy, I did none of the labour "prep" you may see online (e.g. raspberry leaf tea, eating dates, etc.), and I still had the easiest labour.
